Becky Wiggins

Becky Wiggins cut her teeth in Austin, TX under the expert guidance and training of master stylist Jose Builtron of Jose Luis Salon in the late 90's.  During a 14 month apprenticeship with Jose, she received advanced training in cutting, color, highlighting, perm and texture techniques, as well as perfecting hairdressing skills and working in the local community as a paul mitchell educator.

Upon going independent in 2000, becky has been blessed throughout the last decade to work with and continue to learn from a network of extremely talented stylists in the Austin community.  She also had experience in hairstyling for tv and film, having worked with Austin City Limits and the Food Network!

She helped birth the Peacock Salon in 2006 with long-time friend and colleague Annie Cobb, with a shared vision of providing attentive, high-quality service that meets each clients needs in a relaxing atmosphere.  Becky specialized in naturally curly hair designs while excelling in developing relationships and meeting the needs of clients with any and all hair types.  She has attention for detail, a listening ear and as well as creativity and flair.
